Based in Hyderabad, Telangana, VajraSimha Industries was established in 2023 by Mr. Rajasekhar Reddy Avuthu, bringing over a decade of hands-on expertise in solar project execution and mounting structure manufacturing. Founded with a vision to deliver versatile engineering excellence, we are committed to providing sustainable, high Quality solar mounting Structure solutions across the renewable energy sector.

We deliver end-to-end structural solutions that unite custom design engineering, high-capacity production, and seamless supply. Backed by robust in-house design expertise, our specialized portfolio features Heavy-Duty Solar Rooftop Structures, Solar Water Pump Structures, Solar Power Plant Structures, Solar Carports, and Solar Street Light Poles.

Manufacturing Powerhouse

Our 130,000 sq. ft. advanced facility is the core of our operations, featuring high-precision technology including:

  • Automated Production : CNC Roll Forming (C, U, and HAT sections) and CNC Laser & Gas cutting.
  • Advanced Fabrication : Robotic welding systems alongside specialized MIG, ARC, and power press units.
  • Scalable Capacity : We currently produce 2,000 tons per month, with a strategic expansion to a 3,000-ton capacity Galvanizing Plant arriving in FY 2026–27.
